We are offering a fixed-term maternity cover position, full-time (40 hours\/week) from Monday to Friday, working hours during the day (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).<\/p>

The candidate will be responsible for:<\/strong>
– Preparing the order documentation formats using the forms provided in the procedure;
– Checking and, if necessary, correcting technical documentation and manuals relating to systems;
– Verifying that the data entered in the documents complies with the requirements defined in the procedure;
– Supporting the Project Management department in preparing the order organization chart;
– Preparing the coding of project documents, in collaboration with the Project Engineering department;
– Providing support in the organization of internal and external, national and international meetings;
– Monitor compliance with the quality standards of the documents issued;
– Monitor compliance with the production timelines for project documentation;
– Issue, record, and distribute documents to the designated recipients;
– Update documentation in real time by issuing periodic reports;
– Archive documents in paper and\/or digital format;
– Support the Project Management function in follow-ups and in the preparation of end-of-project analysis reports;
– Organize the shipment of technical documentation to customers, suppliers, and specific construction sites.<\/p>

Requirements:<\/strong>
– High school diploma, university degree preferred;
– At least 3-5 years of previous experience in the role, experience in multinational companies, the Oil & Gas sector, and\/or with EPC Contractors preferred;
– Excellent knowledge of English;
– Excellent knowledge of Office (particularly Excel and Word);
– Reliability, precision, team spirit.<\/p>

The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing assigned projects, coordinating design activities and resources in accordance with technical specifications, regulations, and customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with Project Management, Production, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring complete supervision of activities: from the analysis and design phase to industrialization and production.<\/p>

We offer full-time employment (40 hours\/week) from Monday to Friday, with daytime working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).<\/p>

THE CANDIDATE WILL mainly be responsible for:<\/h6>
  • Analyzing technical specifications, regulations, and preliminary documentation for orders;<\/li>

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;<\/li>
    • At least five years’ experience in mechanical design, preferably on complex projects;<\/li>
    • Knowledge of 2D\/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar);<\/li>
    • Knowledge of the main calculation and simulation tools;<\/li>
    • Knowledge of English (at least B2 level);<\/li>
