BLACK BOX and DIGITAL TWINS

As part of our innovation roadmap, Goriziane E&C is actively engaged in the development and prototyping of an advanced “Black Box” platform designed to integrate cybersecurity, modular architecture, and full backward compatibility with existing systems.

The project aims to deliver a scalable and flexible solution capable of operating in complex industrial environments without requiring invasive modifications to current infrastructures. The system’s modular approach enables seamless integration with legacy equipment, ensuring operational continuity while maximizing the value of existing investments.

A key pillar of the platform is the implementation of advanced cybersecurity standards, specifically designed to protect data, processes, and communications within increasingly digitalized and interconnected industrial ecosystems.

At the same time, the “Black Box” serves as a reference digital environment for the testing and development of Artificial Intelligence technologies, with a strong focus on Digital Twin applications. This integration enables:

  • real-time simulation and monitoring of asset behavior
  • performance optimization through predictive models
  • support for advanced maintenance strategies and data-driven decision-making

This initiative aligns with Goriziane E&C’s strategy to drive digital transformation across the Oil & Gas, Offshore, and heavy industry sectors, delivering innovative solutions that enhance efficiency, safety, and sustainability of industrial processes.
