SENIOR MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER

Goriziane E&C, a specialist in the design and construction of advanced engineering solutions for the Oil & Gas, Naval, and Industrial sectors, is looking for 1 Project Engineer with a background in mechanical engineering for its headquarters in Villesse (GO).

The candidate will be responsible for managing and developing assigned projects, coordinating design activities and resources in accordance with technical specifications, regulations, and customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with Project Management, Production, and other internal and external stakeholders, ensuring complete supervision of activities: from the analysis and design phase to industrialization and production.

We offer full-time employment (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, with daytime working hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

THE CANDIDATE WILL mainly be responsible for:
  • Analyzing technical specifications, regulations, and preliminary documentation for orders;
  • Planning and managing design activities and defining the technical characteristics of systems;
  • Supporting and guiding the team of designers assigned to the project.
  • Developing preliminary and detailed designs using CAD design software;
  • Liaising with customers and suppliers to define and modify design specifications;
  • Carrying out prototype checks and tests, planning intermediate and final tests;
  • Collaborating with internal and external professionals for project implementation;
  • Supporting the industrialization phases and defining the production process for the designed components;
  • Manage technical project documentation, ensuring controlled archiving and document issuance;
  • Perform risk analysis, resolve technical issues, and propose improvements;
  • Monitor project progress and report periodically to the Project Manager;
  • Provide technical assistance to internal departments and support in the management of non-conformities or warranty interventions;

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar;
  • At least five years’ experience in mechanical design, preferably on complex projects;
  • Knowledge of 2D/3D CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, or similar);
  • Knowledge of the main calculation and simulation tools;
  • Knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Reliability, precision, team spirit.

Salary range: €33k – €40k

ELECTROMECHANICAL SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Goriziane E&C, a specialist in the design and construction of advanced engineering solutions for the Oil&Gas, Naval and Industrial sectors, is looking for 2 experienced Electromechanical Maintenance Technicians. The resources will be included in the Service team and will be in charge of maintenance, installation and technical assistance of advanced electromechanical systems and machinery at customers' premises, working mainly on domestic and foreign travel.

Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday, daytime work schedule (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) is offered.

THE CANDIDATE WILL BE IN CHARGE OF:
  • Perform routine, extraordinary and preventive maintenance work on electromechanical systems;
  • Install, test and commission systems and components at customer sites;
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical faults, ensuring operational continuity of the systems;
  • Perform functional checks and performance tests to verify compliance of the systems;
  • Compile technical reports of the work performed, providing detailed feedback to the supervisor in charge.
  • Ensure compliance with work safety regulations and company standards during field activities.
  • Collaborate with the technical department on improvements, upgrades or modifications to existing facilities.
REQUIREMENTS ARE:
  • Technical diploma in electromechanical, electrical or mechatronic field or equivalent experience;
  • Previous experience of at least 3-5 years in similar job;
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems;
  • Skills in reading electrical, mechanical and pneumatic schematics;
  • Ability to use shop tools and measuring instruments;
  • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and industrial control software (PLC, SCADA).
  • Willingness to travel frequently, even for long periods of time, in Italy and abroad.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
  • Ability to work independently and handle complex situations in challenging operating environments.
  • Ability to work within high quality standards;
  • Excellent manual dexterity;
  • Reliability, accuracy, team spirit.

Salary range: €30k – €35k

JR SOFTWARIST

Goriziane E&C, a specialist in the design and construction of advanced engineering solutions for the Oil&Gas, Naval and Industrial sectors, is looking for 1 Junior Softwarist for its Villesse (GO) office. The resource will be responsible for the development and integration of software and hardware solutions for industrial automation, with a focus on PLC programming, electrical systems testing and plant test and startup management, both on-site and at customer sites, while also providing remote and travel technical support.

Full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday, daytime work schedule (8 a.m.-5 p.m.) is offered.

The candidate will be mainly responsible for:
  • Developing software and hardware for PLC-based plant automation management;
  • Assisting with testing of electrical panels and machine board;
  • Assisting plant startups and internal testing;
  • Participating in domestic and foreign travel for technical support activities.
Requirements are:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronic or Automation Engineering, Higher Technical Diploma;
  • Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens Step 7 and ITA Systems);
  • Ability to read electrical schematics;
  • Basic knowledge of electrical drive programming;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills;

PROJECT MANAGER

Goriziane E&C, a specialist in the design and construction of advanced engineering solutions for the Oil & Gas, Naval and Industrial sectors, is looking for one Project Manager for its Villesse (GO) headquarters.

The position offered is full-time employment, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with standard daytime working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The candidate will be mainly responsible for:

The selected candidate will join the Engineering & Projects department and will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of assigned projects, ensuring that project objectives are achieved in terms of quality, schedule and cost. The role involves significant participation in technical engineering activities and solution development, acting as a key point of contact between the client, technical department, production, purchasing and external suppliers. The resource will contribute to the definition of design choices, the monitoring of activity progress, and the management of technical and operational issues throughout the entire project life cycle.

  • Coordinating the management of assigned projects from acquisition through to final delivery;
  • Analyzing technical requirements, contractual specifications and project documentation;
  • Supporting and guiding the Technical Department during the design and development phases;
  • Planning and monitoring project activities, ensuring compliance with milestones, budget and deliverables;
  • Coordinating interfaces between the Technical Department, Purchasing, Production, Quality and the Client;
  • Managing technical changes and any design-related critical issues;
  • Supporting work progress activities with clients and internal stakeholders;
  • Verifying the correct application of regulations, technical standards and contractual requirements;
  • Preparing and updating project reporting;
  • Contributing to the management of technical and operational project risks.
Requirements are:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field; a degree in mechanical, naval, electrical, materials engineering or other technical-industrial engineering disciplines will be considered a plus;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in project-based companies.
  • Previous experience in small or medium-sized companies, characterized by high operational autonomy and strong integration between technical and management functions, will be considered a plus;
  • Previous experience in Technical Department, Engineering or Project Engineering environments is appreciated;
  • Ability to read and interpret technical and project documentation;
  • Knowledge of industrial project development processes;
  • Knowledge of project planning and progress control principles;
  • Good command of the Microsoft Office package; knowledge of ERP systems is appreciated;
  • Good knowledge of English, with technical proficiency;
  • Ability to work towards objectives and meet agreed deadlines;
  • Good organizational skills, problem-solving attitude and ability to work in multidisciplinary teams;
  • Reliability, accuracy and team spirit.

Salary range: €37,000 – €45,000
