JUNIOR OFFICE TENDERING AND CONTRACTS – MRO DIVISION

Full-time employment is offered (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, day working hours (8.00 – 17.00).
- Placed within the Tenders and Contracts Office of the Defense Division and reporting directly to the Office Manager, the resource will provide operational support for document management activities, analysis of tenders, preparation of technical-commercial offers and contract management, in compliance with the relevant national and international regulations.
- The role involves interfacing with various company departments (technical, legal, commercial, administration and purchasing offices) and with public and private customers/entities, with a particular focus on the Defense sector, subject to high standards of precision, compliance and confidentiality.
- The resource will be responsible for:
– Support in reading, analyzing and summarizing tender notices, technical specifications and administrative documentation;
– Preparation and uploading of tender documentation (paper and digital) according to the procedures required by individual entities;
– Collaboration in preparing technical-economic offers in synergy with the areas involved;
– Management of post-award processes: support in drafting contracts, checking clauses, collecting and archiving documents;
– Monitoring deadlines and formal requirements set out in active tender notices and contracts;
– Management of documentation required for technical testing;
– Support for the Commercial and Technical offices in preparing specific practices relating to the movement of military material;
– Use of the Sage X3 management system for data archiving, coding and document advancement;
– Support for audit and reporting activities.
REQUIRED:
– Bachelor’s or master’s degree in legal, economic, political or equivalent disciplines;
– Even minimal experience in the role is appreciated;
– Good knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook);
– At least basic knowledge of ERP software is appreciated, in particular knowledge of the Sage X3 software;
– Excellent ability to understand and analyze legal-administrative documents;
– Ability to work in compliance with high quality standards;
– Ability to operate independently;
– Good knowledge of the English language;
– Aptitude for problem solving;
– Flexibility, reliability, precision, team spirit.

PLANT LOGISTICS ASSISTANT
Goriziane Group, specialist in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of military and civilian vehicles, is looking for an experienced Plant Logistics Assistant for its headquarters in Villesse (GO).
Full-time placement is offered (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, day working hours (8.00 – 17.00).
- The resource will handle medium and large loads, in support of warehouse and internal logistics activities;
REQUIRED:
- Technical diploma or professional qualification in the mechanical field or similar, or equivalent experience;
- Experience in the mechanical industrial field;
- Qualification to use a forklift (valid license appreciated);
- Experience in the use of forklifts, including large capacity forklifts (from 2 to 15 tons);
- Qualification to use a bridge crane;
- Previous experience in the handling of medium and large loads;
- Possession of higher category driving licenses (C/E) is appreciated;
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian;
- Ability to work in compliance with high quality standards;
- Reliability, precision, team spirit.

DEPUTY PRODUCTION MANAGER (MRO WORKSHOP)
Goriziane Group, specialist in the maintenance, repair and overhaul of military and civilian vehicles, is looking for an experienced Plant Logistics Assistant for its headquarters in Villesse (GO).
Full-time placement is offered (40 hours/week) from Monday to Friday, day working hours (8.00 – 17.00).
In support of the Production Manager, the resource will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the correct progress of activities in the various departments, according to the approved production and testing plan;
- Coordinate the workshop staff (about 70 people), identifying the needs in terms of workers and their training;
- Optimize, in coordination with the Warehouse Manager, the internal logistics flow of spare parts in the various departments;
- Identify strategies to optimize production processes with a view to continuous improvement;
- Monitor production KPIs and prepare the related reporting;
- In collaboration with the Plant Manager, optimize the use of internal spaces and external areas;
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards within the workshop.
REQUIRED:
- Technical diploma or professional qualification in the mechanical field or similar, or equivalent experience;
- Previous experience of at least two years in a similar role in structured companies in the metalworking sector;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office package (in particular MS Excel and MS Outlook);
- At least basic knowledge of ERP software is appreciated, in particular knowledge of Sage X3 software;
- Ability to work in compliance with high quality standards;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
- Problem solving skills;
- Leadership and ability to manage large teams;
- Reliability, precision, team spirit;
- Availability for short trips.
