Description and Characteristics of the Position

The candidate will be placed within the Commercial E&C Office and will be mainly responsible for these activities for the Commercial side:

– Preparing offers
– Manage communication with existing and potential Customers, mainly from abroad
– Soliciting overdue receivables
– Entering and managing sales orders
– Secretarial management
– Various related activities

And for the Marketing part:
– updating brochures
– website and Social Media management
– processing and creation of graphic and social content (using Photoshop and CANVA)

Administrative clerk

MAIN DUTIES:
– Processing and issuing active invoices to customers
– Active cycle accounting entries
– Verification of customer balances and production of overdue reports
– Finalisation of work on site for subsequent invoicing
– Monitoring correct closure of export transactions (customs bill, CMR, etc-)
– Support to passive cycle registrations (supplier invoices)

SKILLS REQUIRED

– Experience in the role, gained in companies operating with foreign countries

ICT Business Analyst Manager

The selected candidate will be joining the ICT area of the Group and, reporting to the ICT Manager, will have to ensure the management of all activities and projects related to the company ERP in view of Lean and Digital Transformation. He/she will be able to promote improvement projects both in the Operations and Finance areas, supporting his/her own skills and acquiring new ones if necessary.

The candidate will also be in charge of the daily support for all the companies of the Group, monitoring the service for their area and collecting requirements for new requests.

Finally, he/she will have the opportunity to manage business intelligence processes and projects, adopting the tools that will be necessary and most appropriate, depending on business needs.

The ideal candidate must have the following requirements:

Technical Requirements

  • Consolidated experience in similar roles, in consulting companies or final companies
  • Knowledge of the main business processes with particular focus on the Operation area (sales and operation planning, MRP, CRP, scheduling, MES) in ETO and MTS contexts
  • Experience with structured ERP software and knowledge of MES systems
  • Knowledge of the main Business Intelligence tools
  • Experience with SQL databases and the main programming languages (C++, SQL, VBA)
  • Project Management skills

Soft Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management or equivalent.

Description and Characteristics of the Position:

The candidate will be joining the Project Management team, will deal with the management of the order, interfacing with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. Ensuring its completion in compliance with customer specifications, international regulations, internal standards, times, and costs.

  • Degree in Engineering or similar qualification.
  • Knowledge of the main programming tools (WBS, GANTT and PERT).

EXPERT MECHANICAL FITTER

Description and Characteristics of the Position:

The candidate must be in possession of a diploma in the Mechanical field (or have gained equivalent experience) and be autonomous in carrying out tasks such as: assembly of components of machinery or systems (at the Company or away from customers).

Furthermore, is able to verify the correspondence of the assembled parts with the requirements, modifying or possible adapting the parts to be assembled through the use of bench tools or machine tools.

Finally, is able to test the machines / systems built.

Role and Responsibility:

  • Carry out mechanical work in general performed at the bench and with machine tools;
  • Making hydraulic and pneumatic systems and connections;
  • Carry out tests on machines or systems and test the functionality of installed parts;
  • Interpret, read drawings, and projects related to the work to be carried out;
  • Assemble or disassemble mechanical parts or components;
  • Carry out ordinary or extraordinary maintenance on equipment or systems;
