We are proud to announce that we have made more than 100 of special and customized ILCs aside from the standard ILCs over the years. ILC HIGH FORCE are designed for a user-friendly experience during pipe welding and for various applications in onshore and offshore projects.
The main features of the machine are:

Two of the most requested additional features of this machine are:
The Purging system is equipped with two purging rings along inflatable seal which are installed at the ends of the expander unit to provide a protected chamber to the welded joints.
The Corrosion-Resistant Alloy (CRA) Kit is used in order to avoid contamination of the pipes. The stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials are used in all parts which is in contact with the pipe such as expander shoes, wheels, protections.
